Shipping & Delivery

Our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All orders should be received by 4pm, the day before and LOCAL customers should receive within 3 days of purchase. We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY within Singapore for orders over $30 otherwise it is $5 for local delivery. We also provide a 24h Express Service for $15. Self-collection is available, please checked the option as you check out. For INTERNATIONAL Shipping, prices are quoted as you check out. We currently ship all international orders using the EasyShip Service, where various company options are available for customers to choose from upon checking out to suit your preferences. Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional duties, brokerage or custom fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. Eclectic Room has no control over customs fees or delays. All tax are beared by the customers. You may contact your local customs office to determine customs costs. Should you refuse to pay at delivery, all additional fees incurred will be subtracted from your merchandise refund or billed to you by Eclectic Room at a later date. Please note: Orders are not shipped on the weekend and delivery times do not include weekends, holidays or order/product handling times. Return Policy

All local return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date of your order, unworn, with all tags attached and with a copy of your invoice/receipt for a proper refund or exchange to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our showroom. * Refunds: Receive a refund back to your original payment method, should there be an unforeseen defects or should you changed your mind within 3 days of purchase. * Exchanges: Eclectic Room only allows exchanges for the same amount or more, otherwise no cash refund is given for any amount lesser than the original puchased price.
